My services.

Every family is different. That’s why I offer therapy in a range of settings to suit your needs, whether in-person, in school or online.

These include:

In-person therapy at my home

Private one-to-one sessions in a child-friendly, calm therapy room at my home in Surrey. Ideal for children and teens who benefit from a dedicated, neutral space.

Every child deserves a space where they feel safe to explore their thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. My private practice in Surrey offers just that: a calm, child-friendly environment designed to put young people at ease.

Whether your child is experiencing anxiety, low mood, difficulties at school, or challenges at home, one-to-one therapy provides a confidential and compassionate space to make sense of what’s going on. Sessions are tailored to each child’s age, personality, and needs, using talking therapy, creative play, or a combination of approaches to gently support emotional expression and self-awareness.

For younger children, I often use play and creative methods to help them communicate in ways that feel natural and safe. With teenagers, I may use a more conversational or reflective approach, building trust and helping them develop practical tools to manage life’s challenges.

As a parent or carer, you’re not left out of the process. I offer regular check-ins to keep you informed, and when appropriate, we work together to support your child’s progress at home.

Who it’s for:
Children and teenagers aged 7–18 who would benefit from regular, one-to-one support in a dedicated, confidential setting.

Session details:
Sessions last 50 minutes and are typically held weekly during term time.

School-based support

Available to work within primary and secondary schools across Surrey. I provide therapy sessions, staff consultations, and parent support in school settings.

For many children, school is where challenges show up most clearly, whether it’s difficulty concentrating, social struggles, anxiety around attendance, or changes in behaviour. Working within schools allows me to meet children where they are and provide timely, accessible support without the need to travel off-site.

I partner with local primary and secondary schools across Surrey to offer flexible mental health support tailored to the needs of individual pupils and their school communities. This may include one-to-one therapy sessions, small group work, or consultations with staff and families.

Because I’m embedded within the school environment, I’m able to work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral staff to ensure a joined-up approach, helping everyone around the child to better understand their emotional needs and how best to support them.

Benefits of school-based therapy:

  • Reduces barriers to accessing support
  • Minimises time out of class
  • Builds a shared understanding between home and school
  • Provides continuity of care in a familiar setting

Who it’s for:
Pupils identified by school staff or families as needing additional emotional or psychological support.

How it works:
Schools or families can contact me directly to explore a partnership or referral. Sessions are arranged in collaboration with the school’s pastoral or SEND team.

Online therapy

Secure, convenient online ‘one-to-ones’ for young people aged 11+ or for parents seeking guidance. Ideal for families with busy schedules or those outside the local area.

Sometimes, the right support isn’t just about what’s offered, it’s about when and how it’s delivered. My online therapy service provides professional, confidential support that fits around family life, wherever you are.

Using Teams, Zoom or Google Meet, I offer remote sessions for older children, teenagers and parents who find it easier or more comfortable to engage from home. Online therapy can be just as effective as in-person work, and in some cases, even more so, especially for young people who feel most at ease in their own environment.

This option is ideal for:

  • Families with busy schedules or limited transport options
  • Teens who prefer digital communication
  • Parents looking for guidance or therapeutic consultation
  • Continuity of care during illness, holidays, or transitions

Whether it’s a one-off consultation to think through a concern, or a regular weekly session, online therapy with me offers flexibility without compromising the quality of care.

Who it’s for:
Young people aged 11+, or parents seeking support in understanding and responding to your child’s emotional needs.

Technical requirements:
A private, quiet space and a stable internet connection. I’ll guide you through setting up your first session so you feel comfortable and confident.
